If you contact me by email, the information you send is processed only to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or fulfil a contract.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Server logs are not combined with other data by this website.

3. Email enquiries

The enquiry form on the homepage does not transmit or store data on this website. It prepares an email in your local email application. Once you send that email, its contents are processed to answer your request. Mandatory legal retention periods remain unaffected.

4. External media and links

The background video is delivered from mathias-fritsche.de. Spotify players are not loaded until you actively click a “Load Spotify” button. When loaded, Spotify may receive technical connection data and apply its own privacy terms. Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify and Fulltime Music Creator open external websites; their operators are responsible for their own data processing.
